FastNet Conference/Exhibition Service

FastNet offers all show exhibitors the opportunity to connect their bank, provided terminals to a FastNet device in order to process all card transactions. FastNet is the only provider in SA to offer two show solutions, namely the RadioPad and the DualConnect GPRS modem.

With a once-off rental fee for the duration of the show, FastNet will provide a technical team that will:

Install and recover the device Provide on-site technical assistance

The FastNet devices have been approved by all major banks, and FastNet has field experience in all the main exhibition centres including:

Tariffs

The cost of a temporary RadioPad/GPRS Modem for a Show/Exhibition is (prices quoted are per RadioPad/GPRS Modem unit):

RadioPad/GPRS Modem used for 7 days: R570.00 (including VAT) An additional charge of R285.00 (including VAT) per 7 days (or part thereof) thereafter will be charged

Terms & Conditions Applications Due to the nature of Shows/Exhibitions and the high risk of losing our equipment, the following conditions apply and must be strictly adhered to:

A deposit of R1499.00 (including VAT) is required per device prior to the commencement of the Show/Exhibition. Deposits are to be paid directly into Swiftnet’s bank account using the following details: To: Swiftnet (Pty) Ltd Bank: Absa Branch: Centurion Embankment Street Branch Code: 63-04-45 Account No: 2890 00 00 99 Proof of payment along with the completed FastNet Show Application Form must be faxed through to FastNet at 088 012 643 3942 timeously The onus is on the customer to ensure that all devices are returned to Swiftnet in good order within seven (7) days of completion of the Show/Exhibition Failure to return the devices will result in the forfeiture of the deposit of R1499.00 Customers will be refunded the balance of the deposit, less the costs incurred per RadioPad per week, as detailed above, upon return of the devices A lead time of five (5) working days is required for each installation. The contact person (duly authorised) at the Show/Exhibition will be required to complete and sign a FastNet Proof of Delivery receipt. The Proof of Delivery will serve as a receipt for all devices installed Building density may affect the radio signal and Swiftnet cannot guarantee reception and is not liable for any losses incurred whatsoever
